Do I purchase my Bristol Village home?

When moving to Bristol Village, you secure lifetime use of your home. After leaving your residence, up to 90% of your entry fee, depending on the residency plan you choose, is refunded upon the next occupancy. These funds help maintain our community, and preserve assets for you or your estate.

How does Bristol Village compare with other Ohio retirement communities?

Bristol Village provides far more value for your dollar. We have significantly larger and more complete community areas and facilities. We provide over 400 private homes and 82 apartments (most other communities are predominately apartments). Our healthcare program reflects years of outstanding, affordable service to residents.

How do Active Retirement and Continuing Care communities differ?

Active retirement communities generally provide independent living for adults 55 and better, with varying levels of amenities and services. Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) offer adults 62 and better independent living with a wide range of amenities and services, plus on-site health and continuum of care that often includes assisted living and memory care, enabling residents to stay on campus even if personal needs change.
