Bristol at Home provides skilled nursing visits, the services of a social worker or certified home health aide, nutritional counseling and physical, occupational, or speech therapy in the home if your physician feels it is needed. Bristol at Home is a licensed provider of Medicare/Medicaid Home Health Care, and also provides à la carte services from housekeeping and transportation to skilled nursing visits.

“Health and Wellness” is a program for Bristol Village residents who might benefit from the services of an RN, LPN or home health aide for personal care, homemaking services, meals or errands. This program provides service if a resident is not eligible to utilize Medicare home health care or PASSPORT. Contact us for more information.

Part of the monthly fee reduces the cost of services, and residents may seek assistance from the Bristol Village Foundation.
